英国 バース市街散策とストーン・ヘッジを経てロンドンへ

2017.6.23.
今回の旅も今日で7日目、バース市街散策、その後、ストーン・ヘンジを訪れロンドンに入る行程だ。
朝食前のチャーリング・マナー散策、天気は今日も晴れ。





チャーリング・マナーともお別れだ。
バゲージを室外に出し、朝食を食べ、8時にバースに向けバスは出発。

１、バース・ロイヤルクレセント
1775年に完成させたテラスハウス、バースを訪れる上級階級の別荘として使われた。

２、バース市内、ローマ浴場博物館　広場では

３、古代ローマ人が築いた大浴場
約2000年も前に建設され18世紀には、上流階級が集まるイギリス随一の保養所として栄えた。

４、バースパ駅前通りを散策。
傘のアーケード街、とてもカラフルで楽しい・・・

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

５、バースでハプニング、バスの左前タイヤの交換が必要となり急遽交換、
バースでバーストとは・・・


６、ストーンヘンジの奇石群を観光

バスはロンドン市内に入ってきた、急に車が多くなり二階建てバスが行きかう・・・

後方には、ビッグ・ベンが
マイクとはここでお別れ彼は明朝エジンバラに向け帰るとのこと、ありがとうマイク！
